ALASTAIR CAMPBELL

Alastair is a specialist disputes partner at Level with a deep knowledge of contentious issues in football.  He has acted for agents, players and clubs in a broad range of disputes both domestically and internationally, including in FA Rule K proceedings and before FIFA and the Court of Arbitration for Sport.  Alastair researched and wrote Level’s comprehensive report into betting cases, Evening the Odds, and co-authored the chapter on Corruption, Match-Fixing and Betting in the latest edition of “Football and the Law” by Nick de Marco KC.

DAN LOWEN

Dan Lowen, sports lawyer and co-founder of award-winning law firm, Level, is recognised internationally for his expertise in football.  He has acted for clubs, players and agents in all manner of disciplinary charges and disputes in football, including before the Court of Arbitration for Sport, and in FA Rule K and Premier League arbitration proceedings.  Dan is widely acknowledged for his specialism advising football agents and their clients internationally on many of the biggest transfers in football. He also co-authored the chapter on Intermediaries / Agents in the latest edition of “Football and the Law” by Nick de Marco KC and runs www.theagentexam.com.

JONATHAN HYMAN

Jonathan has acted – on both claimant-side and defendant-side – for agents, players and clubs in a wide range of disputes including disciplinary panels, Rule K proceedings and before the High Court in London. Lots of his work has an international angle: Jonathan is a fluent Spanish speaker and has also conducted disputes involving material in French, Portuguese and Italian. Jonathan has also represented agents and players in dozens of transfers (including a number involving careful consideration of the FIFA Football Agent Regulations) involving clubs in the UK, across Europe and worldwide.

GEORGIA WRAY

Georgia, a trainee solicitor, will be on hand to assist the team with any dispute that arises. Having completed a legal internship as part of her Master's Degree in International Sports Law, she has previously worked on disputes before both the FIFA Dispute Resolution Bodies and the Court of Arbitration for Sport.
